REGARDING THE MEGAPLEX COVID-19 POLICY FOR 2023

Megaplex’s paramount concern is the safety of our attendees. Recent proposals by the Florida state government may change state laws regarding COVID-19 policies. To comply with potential state law, Megaplex will have the following as our projected COVID-19 policies for 2023:

1) While state law will prohibit us from requiring and/or requesting proof of vaccination, and may prevent us from implementing a masking policy, Megaplex STRONGLY recommends, but will not require, masking in confined or densely populated areas and recommends that all attendees be fully vaccinated and fully boosted as of Sept 1st, 2023.

2) Megaplex will have disposable masks available while supplies last.

3) Any policies listed are subject to change due to: new CDC requirements, potential legal changes, or unforeseen circumstances that may require an amendment to our policy.

If you are feeling unwell we ask that you stay home for the safety of yourself and others. For those who test positive before the convention and are unable to attend, we will rollover your registration to 2024 - contact us at mp-registration [at] megaplexcon.org.

For those not wanting or able to attend Megaplex this year, we will be streaming live the majority of events in Main Events during the convention and many of the videos will be on our YouTube channel in the weeks afterward.
