The hotel has multiple restaurants open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner as well as multiple bars. For late night snacks and sandwiches visit the 24 Hour Market which is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Designed to meet all of your on-the-go needs, the 24-Hour Market has a wide variety of grab-and-go breakfast options, bakery items, signature sandwiches, and pizzas—as well as Starbucks® coffee products, craft beer, and wine.

The convention’s Hospitality Suite provides a range of pre-packaged snacks and drinks to our super sponsors and higher-level attendees (mega and giga sponsors).

There’s also the Coconuts Poolside Bar & Grill, where you can enjoy a fresh salad, sandwich, or cocktail while unwinding by the Grotto Pool, with its lush greenery and waterfall. Coconuts is open from 11am to Dusk daily

Want a more sit-down style restaurant? Try the B-Line Diner! You'll enjoy made-to-order comfort food and if you're looking for American Fare and home cooking, you've found the right place. The B-Line Diner serves Breakfast from 7am to Noon, Lunch from Noon to 2pm, and Dinner from 5pm to 10pm daily.

Wanting a more formal style dinner? Located at The Atrium on the lobby level, Fiorenzo features classically prepared dishes, an open-concept kitchen and a brick oven for specialty pizzas. Signature menu items include Mushroom Risotto, Florentine Chicken and Cioppino. Vegan options are also available. Reservations recommended. Open daily from 6pm to 10pm.

Hoping for more of a tapas style bar to whittle the night away? Indulge in handcrafted cocktails and a vibrant bar scene at Rocks, located on the lobby level. They offer an extensive wine list, craft beers on draft, with sweeping views of the sparkling Grotto Pool. A popular hot spot for mingling and watching football, Rocks has a variety of food including wings, sliders, flatbreads and more. Private and semi-private dining options for 25 to 173 guests are also available. Open from 4pm to 1:30am daily.
