Information for Dealers and Artist Alley Participants

REGISTRATION

Dealers arriving Thursday may pick up their badge in the Dealers room at Booth 1. Dealers assistants will still need to purchase / pick up their official badge at registration. Those arriving Friday will need to pick up their badge at registration.

SETUP

Dealers are welcome to start setting up on Thursday August 8th at 6 PM until 9 PM. The Dealers Den will reopen on Friday the 9th at 9 AM for dealers to setup. The Dealer's Den opens at 11 AM to attendees. The hotel requires that large carts/hand trucks be brought in through the loading dock area at the rear of the conference center. Please check in with the dealers room staff prior to going to the loading dock so that we can properly direct you to the correct location. Please be aware that there will be many dealers wanting to load in and we will do our best to get you in as quickly and safely as possible.

FLORIDA SALES TAX

All Dealers and Artist Alley participants are required to provide proof of either a Florida Annual Resale Certificate (Form DR-13) or Sales and Use Tax Return (Form DR-15) for temporary Business sales. For more information on how to register visit the Sales Tax section of our Vendor Policies page.

ARTIST ALLEY

Those wishing to enter the lottery must be present at the Artist Alley no later than 1 hour prior to the opening of the Dealer's Den. The lottery results for the day will be posted 30 minutes prior to Dealer's Den opening for that day. Those who have been awarded a spot or have pre-purchased a slot must be at the Artist Alley at the start of their slot time.

Slot Times Are:

  • Friday Morning: 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM
  • Friday Afternoon: 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM
  • Saturday Morning: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM
  • Saturday Afternoon: 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM
  • Sunday Morning: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM
  • Sunday Afternoon: 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM
