Megaplex is now located in Kissimmee, Florida, and is held at the Radisson WorldGate Orlando Resort Hotel.

The Room Block for Megaplex 2010 is OPEN, and room rates will once again be $89 per night plus tax for a "Deluxe" room, which has a sleep number bed. There may also be some limited amount of "Standard" Rooms available at $79, but these are very limited.

Warning About Seemingly Cheaper Rates: Some people have reported that they can get a lower rate on the Radisson website without using the Megaplex booking code. This may look like a better deal, but beware that those rates are only a standard room, and you would be charged the $7.95/day resort and amenities fee that does not apply to the Megaplex group room rate. So, you would actually be paying more for your room than if you booked using the Megaplex rate.

If You Want Adjoining Rooms: The hotel cannot make any definite guarantee about room placement, however, the hotel will attempt to link rooms together in our block if we make them aware of attendees who want adjoining rooms. To do this, you MUST reserve both rooms EARLY! Once the room block starts to fill up, requests for connecting rooms will become difficult to fulfill.

If you have specifically reserved two rooms with the intention of getting them adjoining each other, email the Megaplex Hotel Liaison with your reservation confirmation number. Our liaison will pass that information along to the hotel and they will try to assign a connected pair of rooms to your reservation.

If You Are a Smoker: Please be aware that this year the Radisson Worldgate is a 100% non-smoking facility.

When booking your room, be sure to USE THE PROMOTIONAL CODE "FURRY" to get the Megaplex room block rate.

No Resort Fees: If the hotel reservation system is telling you there is a "$7.95 Resort Fee Per room / night" you may disregard that. The Megaplex room rate is $89 per night for up to three (3) days before and three (3) days after the convention, with no resort or parking fees.
